Youth Rally Counselor Sponsorship Policy

Pacific Coast Region will sponsor one RN counselor per year to the national Youth Rally. The funds are designated by the Board of Directors to partially cover registration fees. The deadline for applications is midnight, April 30th each year. The Scholarship Committee will review the applications and select an applicant to receive the funds by the end of May. If there is no applicant, funds will return to PCR’s operating budget.

Criteria

1. An active member of PCR
2. Completed Youth Rally Application
3. Acceptance by Youth Rally as a counselor
4. Letter to the Scholarship Committee requesting the sponsorship and reasons for the application
5. Preference will be given to first-time applicants
