2015 National Conference at San Antonio

We had a wonderful time at the PCR Social at the WOCN conference in San Antonio. We had 58 attendees, ten of which were new WOC nurses. Food was provided by WOCN and we provided some wine. There was plenty of discussion, laughter and networking.
We recognized members that had done a poster, completed a higher degree, or got a new certification.

• Janet Stoia Davis earned her CFCN
• Leonia Benet her CWOCN
• Deborah Zaricor did a poster
• Shelly Taylor did 3 posters in Sweden and is our new International Delegate and our Area 1 Director
• Amy Lorente also did a poster

Next year we will have a larger room and more tables ( I promise)!

We had approximately 24 PCR members volunteer to man the booth during exhibit hours. Thanks to one and all. We did a drawing for a free registration to our conference in Tahoe in April 2016. This was open to any attendee and a great way to get the news out to our sister regions and encourage them to join us in Tahoe. The winners were Coleen Sichel of San Diego and Lesa Grovas of Phoenix. Congratulations to them!
